Zack came to our rescue on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025. My daughter was having her CO inspection on her house at 1pm on that Tuesday. We found out on Monday , August 4th, that the sink in the downstairs bathroom had a leak and needed to be fixed. I called the handyman who came on July 28th, 2025 ( who did a wonderful job) to fix the issues from the Walk-Through-Inspection. But this sink was not on that list. Any way, that handyman was suppose to come at 10am. He wound up being a no-call/ no show. I texted and called him; no responses. So I called several local handymen places. I told them of my emergency when I left messages. A couple of them called back saying : unavailable for today but were apologetic. It was getting late.; 11am now. Then when i called and spoke with Zack and explained the situation, he had compassion. He had to finish up things at the shop and close up just to come to our rescue. He was a God-Sent. He got there around 12 noon. He fixed the leak in the drain. BUT HE ALSO fixed the sink that was loose and not attached to the cabinet nor wall. We never knew this was causing the leak in the drain from the movement. Zack secured the sink. đđ He got done within 45 minutes. Zack left about 12:50ish. The CO inspector came at 1:05pm. WE PASSED AND GOT THE CO!!!!! I was praying while making these calls. God answered my prayers and put Zack in our hands. Thank God! Thank YOU Zack! And May God continually bless you and your family. We are very pleased with the overall project and would highly recommend. I got a few quotes the price wasnât the lowest but also wasnât the highest. However the lower quotes I got were just by little and during the review process Zack seemed to ask the right questions and have the right answers as the others didnât seem as detailed and were also not local. Everything was laid out from the beginning of how it was going to go. Project timeline, who would be coming and going and when, payment schedule, materials being used and what to expect overall. We had made a few changes after the fact seeing things come together and Zack was able to accommodate all mid project. For example lighting changes, additional outlet requests, and the ceiling we originally wanted a drop on one side and changed that just in time to a open concept. Additionally there was no lack of communication with Zack on the overall progress and or for Q/A. Every day I was updated and given opportunity to voice any requests. Zack was personally onsite every day keeping things moving to schedule. And to put schedule in perspective this 10 year project I have been thinking about and pondering over in my head was completed in just under three weeks.
